General Returns Conditions - Applicable to ALL Returns:

  1. Please read our Goods and Services Policy.
  2. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  3. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a Gajjt Software, Inc. return merchandise authorization ("RMA") number.
  4. RMA numbers issued by Gajjt Software, Inc. are good for 10 days only, and the product must be received by Gajjt Software, Inc. within that time.  RMA numbers cannot be extended or reissued.
  5. Where a specific return period is applicable, no returns will be accepted beyond that period.
  6. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments.  Gajjt Software, Inc. highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment.
  7. Please note all additional returns conditions stated below, as applicable to your return.

All Hardware Products:

  1. Products that are in their original factory-sealed container may be returned to Gajjt Software, Inc. within 30 days from invoice date for a refund or exchange.
  2. Products that have been opened may be returned to Gajjt Software, Inc. within 30 days of invoice date, although such returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  All products must be returned in a re-saleable condition.  Any manuals, cables etc. that are missing will result in rejection of the return or an additional restocking fee, at Gajjt Software, Inc.'s sole option.
  3. Products that are defective may be returned to Gajjt Software, Inc. for refund or exchange within 30 days of invoice date with no restocking fee.

All Packaged Software:

  1. If defective, opened software is returnable within 30 days of invoice date for exchange for the same software title only.
  2. Unopened software may be returned to Gajjt Software, Inc. for refund or exchange within 30 days of invoice date with no restocking fee.
  3. Opened, non-defective software may not be returned.
  4. Multiple software licenses (MLP's, MOLP's, MSOL's, etc.) cannot be returned for exchange, refund or credit unless first authorized by the manufacturer.

All Downloadable Software:

  1. To return software that was purchased as a download only, you must fill out the Refund Request form.  Be sure to fill out all information, including your name, email address, products purchased, reason for refund, and the order identification number from your order confirmation email.  Any missing information will delay the processing of your refund.
  2. By filling out this form and submitting it to our Returns Department, you are certifying that you have deleted the program from your hard drive and have erased any back-up copies you may have created before requesting a refund.  Further, if you ordered a shipment of the software, you must return it before we can process a refund for you.
  3. Once we receive your Certificate of Destruction and software in return (if applicable) and are able to find the record of your order, we will request that a credit be applied to your account.  Please allow up to ten days for your refund to be processed.  The date the credit will appear on your credit card statement is determined by your financial institution.

The appropriate return address will be provided when you call to obtain an RMA number.
